Terms of Service

Booking and pricing

Prices shown at booking are flat rates based on the home size and service selected. If the condition of the home is materially different from what was booked, we will contact you before continuing rather than adjusting the price silently.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Inside 24 hours a late change fee of $XX applies, because your cleaner has already reserved the time.

Access and safety

You are responsible for providing safe access to the home. Our cleaners will not work in unsafe conditions, will not move heavy furniture or appliances, and will not use ladders above six feet.

The Cleaning Cat Promise

If anything is not right, report it within 48 hours of the clean and we will return to fix that area free of charge. Refunds are considered case by case after a re-clean has been offered.
